Placing an order with us? Hooray! Here’s what you need to know next:
We have two options to get your order.
1) Free warehouse pick up from our Honolulu warehouse or 2) Flat rate shipping for $9.95.
WAREHOUSE PICK UPS: This is an easy, convenient option for anyone with a Hawaii address. (Note: only customers with a Hawaii “shipping address” will populate this option) Warehouse orders can be held up to 45 days. After 45 days, your order will be returned to inventory for online credit issued back to your Eden profile. Pick up days are Wednesday from 4p-7:30p and Saturday from 10a-5p. Our warehouse is located at 331 Kamani Street, one block off of Ward Ave.
We are currently experiencing unprecedented delays in shipping due to high volume during the holidays. Thank you for your patience! Please allow 10-14 days for orders to be pulled.
We can ship most items anywhere in the US for a flat fee of $9.95. Some items are bulky and have an extra charge ($20 per item - shipping will be $29.95 per item for these bulky boos) associated with it. These bulky items will be flagged at checkout with options to purchase the extra bulky/oversized fee. Large Hawaii shipping orders may be delivered locally by our team for safety and expediency.
IN A RUSH
All orders will be pulled and shipped out within 10-14 days. If you need your order sooner, you can purchase the “rush me” option at checkout for $20 and we’ll have your order ready for pick up or shipped out from our warehouse within 48 hours. Please note that we have no control over actual ship times or carrier delays, but all rushed orders have a 48 hour guarantee by us to get pulled and packed up.
MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your package leaves Eden HQ, you will receive a tracking number from USPS. This tracking number will follow your package to its final destination, releasing Eden of any liability if your package is missing or stolen. If you would like to insure your package or add a signature confirmation, please email to arrange this a la carte service. Pricing will be determined on current carrier rates.
All damaged items or packages must be reported with 24 hours of receiving so we can assist in filing the necessary claims with you. Please send your order number, details of the damage and photos via email.
