CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
Of course! We ship to all 50 US states and its major territories. All orders placed online will be shipped from our fulfillment center once received, and in the order it was received. Your order is our top priority, so we'll do everything we can to get it done by the next biz day. During the holiday months (November and December) please allow 10-14 days for orders to be pulled and processed for pick up or shipment.
DISCLAIMER: Once orders are shipped from our warehouse and tracking is noted, we release the responsibility of your order to USPS. We trust that they'll get your order to you safely but if you run into any issues, please contact usps.com with your tracking info for support.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Shipping is always a cool $9.95 for orders sent within the United States. Please note that we aren't able to combine multiple orders since we pull and pack orders in chronological order to minimize errors. Living outside of the US? You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a quote for shipping. We'll work with you to get the best shipping rate. We'd love to spread aloha around da globe to you!
HOW CAN I EDIT MY ORDER TO SHIPPING IF I SELECTED WAREHOUSE PICK UP?
Easy peasy. Click on flat rate shipping here and enter your order number into the notes section. We'll send it out ASAP!
DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON PICK UP?
Yes! Warehouse pick up is always free for anyone living in Hawaii and open 2x a week, every week. The Eden Warehouse address is 331 Kamani Street. Hours for pick up are 4p-7:30p on Wednesday and 10a-5p on Saturdays. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for you! Simply select warehouse pick up at checkout. Orders will be held for 45 days for free warehouse pick up. Orders not picked up within 45 days of notification will be refunded as online credit.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE ONLINE?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal along with Eden in Love gift cards. NOTE: If using a gift card, please email us at email@example.com to help transfer your balance. This is temporary while we get our system up to snuff online!
