CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
Of course! We ship to all 50 US states and its major territories. All orders placed online will be shipped from our fulfillment center once received, and in the order it was received. Orders are shipped within 7-10 days, but most times much much sooner.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Shipping is always a cool $7.95 for all orders within the United States. Please note that we aren't able to combine multiple orders since we pull and pack orders in chronological order to minimize errors. Living outside of the US? You can email us at email@example.com to get a quote on shipping. We'll work with you to get the best shipping rate. We'd love to spread aloha around da globe to you!
HOW CAN I EDIT MY ORDER TO SHIPPING IF I SELECTED WAREHOUSE PICK UP?
Easy peasy. Click on flat rate shipping here and add your order number into the notes section. We'll send it out ASAP for you!
DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON PICK UP?
Yes! Warehouse pick up is always free for anyone living in Hawaii and open 2x a week, every week. The Eden Warehouse address is 863 Halekauwila Street. Hours for pick up are 4p-7:30p on Wednesday and 10a-5p on Saturday. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for you! Simply select warehouse pick up at checkout.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE ONLINE?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal along with Eden in Love gift cards. NOTE: Gift cards applied to a cart but not completed/purchased will put a temporary hold (1 hour) on funds.
HOW CAN I DO A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
As we're ending the holiday season, all clothing exchanges will be merrily accepted through January 25, 2021. All sales final on holiday tees, A-Line and marked final sale clothing pieces. All non-clothing items are a final sale. Bring your order into any Eden in Love location or if you're out of state, mail it to our Hawaii location (ATTN: ONLINE DEPT) and we'll process your return. All return credits can be used in store or online and are valid for 20 years.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
