CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
Of course! We ship to all 50 US states and its major territories. And actually, ALL orders placed online will be shipped from our fulfillment center once received. Please review all shipping information carefully (READ: Hawaiian street names aren't always the easiest for us to guess!). Upon placing your order, a confirmation page will display your order number. You'll receive a little love note from us in your inbox once your order has been confirmed!
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Shipping is $7.95 flat rate for all orders everywhere in the United States. Note that we will NOT be able to combine multiple orders to offer free shipping as our team is packing and shipping as orders are placed. HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our expected transit times have shifted and orders are arriving between 14-18 days from purchase. And yes, most times SOONER! Thanks for being so patient! We pull all orders in chronological order to avoid any confusion and minimize errors.
DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON PICK UP?
Free in-person pick up at our Warehouse (863 Halekauwila St.) Hours for pickup are 4p-7:30p on Wednesday and 10a-5p on Saturday. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pick up. Select WAREHOUSE PICKUP at checkout.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal. We now also accept Apple Pay and Samsung Pay in store only. We do not accept Eden in Love gift certificates or gift cards online at this time.
WHAT DO YOU DO ABOUT RETURNS & EXCHANGES?
Clothing exchanges will be merrily accepted through January 25, 2021. All sales final on holiday tees, A-Line and marked final sale clothing pieces. All non-clothing items are a final sale.
You may bring in your order (with the order slip) to any Eden in Love location and we can process a return for you. If you are out of state, please email email@example.com and we can provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
Eek! So sorry about the damage. We will work with each customer to ensure they're 100% happy with their order on a case-by-case basis. Please email us stat at firstname.lastname@example.org.
