Recently, I found myself saying, “If it’s not fun, I’m not doing it.”
Childlike, huh? But so true! As a 40+ adult, I find myself reverting back to my 4-year-old ways and hunting for HAPPY and yearning for FUN. Something switched years ago at Eden where we realized that fun was where the magic lived. If we weren’t laughing hysterically, playing while working and having the time of our lives, we just couldn’t make good things happen. So we cut the BS and focused on FUN… and that’s when the magic began.
Alyssa and I sneak away and have lunch for two at Rinka for her birthday every year. She always gives me her egg, noodles and extra meat!
