Q: Is Eden in Love closing entirely?
A: No. We’re closing the online shop but Eden continues on through collaborations, design projects and creative work. Eden in Love will still be available at designated wholesalers such as KTA, Longs and of course, Simply Home at Kahala Mall.
Q: Why are you closing the online shop?
A: Retail has changed a lot — rising costs, tariffs and shipping prices have made it harder to keep our prices where we want them. After 20 amazing years, this feels like the perfect moment to close one chapter and start another. We’re proud of everything Eden became… and excited to see where our Golden Era takes us next.
Q: When is the last day to shop edeninlove.com?
A: April 24.
Q: Will you reopen the shop in the future?
A: We were always taught never to say never…..
Q: Can I still place orders after April 24?
A: Unfortunately not. After 4/24, please visit any of our wholesalers to get your Eden fix. We’ll surely be doing that too!
Q: What happens to my existing order?
A: Pickups will be open until Wednesday, April 29th at our new warehouse – 863 Halekauwila Street. Please come on down! Any order not picked up by April 29th will be canceled and the merchandise may be donated to charity – spreading a little extra Eden love.
Q: When is the last day for shipping orders?
A: We will ship orders out until 4/24.
Q: Can I still pick up orders from the warehouse?
A: Of course! We’ll be open Wednesday 10a-7p, Friday/Saturday 10a-5p at our new warehouse – 863 Halekauwila Street. Our last day open will be Wednesday 4/29.
Q: What happens if I need customer service after April 24?

Q: Can I still use my Eden in Love gift card or store credit?
A: Yes, we encourage redemption online until April 24th.
Q: What happens if I still have a balance after April 24th?
A: Please use it before April 25th, as our online shop will go dark right after.
Q: Can I buy gift cards before you close?
A: No gift certificates will be sold online at this time.
Q: Will you still have sales before closing?
A: OH YEAH. Our Golden Era sales are about to go gangbusters. Keep an eye on our emails, texts and IG – the deals will only get better as we count down.
Q: Will you still have a Black Friday sale this year?
A: Never say never, right? If we do have a sale, we’ll post @edeninloveboutique. Be sure to keep following!
Q: What will happen to your products after April 24?
A: Hopefully we won’t have anything left. But if we do, we may shuffle it to one of our wholesalers. The goal is to be done done done by 4/24!
Q: Will your totes and other products ever come back? Will there be new releases?
A: Our totes and other Eden goodies aren’t going anywhere — you can still find them at KTA, Longs and Simply Home at Kahala Mall.
As for new releases… if inspiration strikes, we might just launch something new. When we do, the news will drop first on IG @edeninloveboutique or email.
Q: Where can I buy Eden products in the future?
A: KTA, Longs and Simply Home at Kahala Mall.
Q: Will you still do pop ups in Hawaii?
A: Nothing on the calendar right now. But if a pop up, event or surprise happens, we’ll spill the tea on IG @edeninloveboutique.
Q: Can we hire Eden to design something for our company or event?
A: YES! Eden will continue to design for companies through collabs and brand work. If you have a project or idea, please email tanna@edeninloveboutique. We’re all ears… and will have wayyyyyy more time post 4/24. LOL! This is where the magic happens.
Q: Will you still post on IG, send emails or add articles to the BlogChat?
A: YES! Our IG will stay active, we plan to send update emails and it’s our commitment to share more on the BlogChat. Keep updated on all channels to find out what’s brewing in the Eden-verse.
Q: Is this goodbye?
A: No. Eden isn’t disappearing. We’re just changing the way we serve all of you. We need time to regroup, reboot, recenter, recalibrate and just RE-align. When we’re ready, we’ll be back – not necessarily bigger and better – but deeper and stronger. We hope you hang tight to see what comes next in our wildly wonderful Eden-verse.
